Independent Contractors Agreement (ICA)

The Rules of Conduct (ROC)

In order to participate, everyone must fill out, sign and return to SSRS, a hard copy of the ICA and the ROC.  This is mandatory and no exceptions will be made.  We suggest you use a "traceable delivery method" like USPS Certified Mail, FedEx or UPS.  SSRS is not responsible for any lost, in transit, hard copy agreements.  If you don't not choose to use one of the above traceable delivery services and those documents do not make it to SSRS, you will have to send them again.  That's why we suggest using those types of delivery services, you know they got here. No payments will be made to anyone not having signed, hard copies of the ICA & ROC on file.

Once SSRS has those documents in our files, then you may request, on a First Come, First Served (FCFS) basis, any SkySites that are available in your area.

FCFS is based on the email "timestamp" in the ssinfo@skysite.com in box.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  SSRS is not responsible for lost or undelivered emails.
