HOW TO READ THE SOG STATUS CHART
If the Flight # in the chart is GREEN and the status says SOG, you can claim
it.(first come, first served)
If the Flight #
in the chart is RED and the status says SOG/Pending, someone has already
started recovery
If the Flight # in the chart is WHITE and the status says Recovered, it has
been recovered.
If the Flight #
in the chart is Purple and the status says Third Party, it has been found by
someone not on the program.
If the Flight # in the chart is Purple and the status says No Joy, the SOG
was not at the location with the agent was on location.
NOTE: Anytime you communicate with SSRS about a SOG, please use the Flight # so I know what SOG you are talking about.
